We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team and contribute to our mission of simplifying enterprise security through top-notch IT and cybersecurity services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks in an enterprise environment
- Ensure the smooth running of all hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues that arise
- Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning measures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Maintain and backup data storage systems, including database maintenance and management
- Implement and manage security measures, including firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to design and implement new computer hardware and software solutions
- Document system configurations, upgrades, modifications, and process workflows for future reference and to inform other team members

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience working as a system administrator in an enterprise setting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networks, including Windows, Linux, Cisco, and VMware
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, monitor system performance, and perform system upgrades and maintenance
- Experience with virtualization and cloud computing
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and how to implement them
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals.
