**Position Overview**:
The Aluminium CNC Operator is responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to cut, shape, and finish aluminium components. This role requires precision, technical skills, and an understanding of CNC programming and machining processes.

**Responsibilities**:
**Machine Setup**:

- Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to job specifications and engineering drawings.
- Install and configure tools and fixtures on the machines.

**CNC Operation**:

- Operate CNC machining centers, lathes, and other equipment to produce aluminum parts.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure correct speeds, feeds, and cutting depths.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed based on inspection results.
