**Key Responsibilities - Digital Design, UI/UX, and Creative Innovation**:

- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with marketing teams to design compelling visuals for product launches, promotions, and digital advertising campaigns.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with product managers, developers, and content creators to deliver cohesive, user-centered digital experiences.
- **Trends & Insights**: Monitor design trends, competitor visuals, and user feedback, continuously proposing improvements in digital design.
- **Mentoring**: Support junior designers with feedback, guidance, and knowledge-sharing to elevate the team's creative capabilities.

**Required Skills and Qualifications - Digital Design, UI/UX, and Collaboration**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital design, UI/UX, or related creative roles, especially within digital retail or e-commerce sectors.
- Advanced proficiency in digital design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing web design, mobile UI, and digital campaigns with clear impact on user experience and engagement.
- Proven understanding of user-centered design, accessibility principles, and responsive design techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
- Adaptable, organized, and collaborative with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
