**Role Description**

As a Project Manager at Innovative Solutions, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of Cybersecurity projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely and successful project completion.

**Responsibilities**

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and manage project plans, including tasks, timelines, and resources
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and provide clear project direction to the team
  • Allocate resources and coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
  • Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation plans
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability
  • Communicate project updates to clients, stakeholders, and senior management
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
  • Conduct project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to drive continuous improvement
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and project management methodologies

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve project issues.

**Experience**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT project management roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and managing project resources.
  • Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and information security practices.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and presenting project updates to executive leadership.
