The Job Opportunity

Serco is currently bidding for a new master planned development project in Riyadh and we are looking for a Storekeeper to provide an efficient stores control function to Estates and landscape department. Overseas material receipt, unloading, placement in assigned locations and all supporting documentation to support stores management and to ensure that all critical spares and consumables are in place.

Serco delivers essential public services to customers in KSA on behalf of governments, semi-governments and large private corporations.

Key accountabilities
To oversee material receipt, unloading and placement in assigned storage location. Check material received quantities and specification against order. Maintain stock level of materials to ensure continuous availability on all Estates Services. Maintain records in Concept system as per Projects procedure. Issue or distribute materials, products, parts to Estates team as required.

Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
Well organised.

Specific requirements

3 years relevant experience in a store with complex operations preferred with a good knowledge in concept evaluation store.
High School diploma or equivalent in any related discipline
Store management and Materials knowledge
Computer literate (MS office - especially Excel)
Six Sigma certification is a preference (yellow belt/green belt/black belt)
