**Job Summary**
At **Rize**, we’re on a mission to make rentals more accessible and secure, empowering tenants while giving landlords peace of mind. As a **Senior Data Analyst**, you’ll play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions that shape our strategy and fuel our growth.

We’re looking for someone preferably coming from a **tech startup**, with strong/basic **Python** and **SQL**and **Excel** skills. If you're passionate about using data to solve real-world problems and want to be part of an impact-driven team, we’d love to hear from you.

**What will you be doing?**
- Analyze complex data sets to derive actionable insights and support business decision-making.
- Create data visualizations and dashboards using Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations that summarize key performance metrics.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and data analytics processes.
- Continuously improve data quality and reporting accuracy.

**You're a perfect match if you have**
- ** 3+ years** of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in** tech startups**.
- Proficient in at least one of the following data visualization tools: Metabase, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic, with a basic understanding of English.
- Experience in analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business strategy.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ethical excellence.
