As a Lead Quality Specialist, you will ensure we align with quality requirements. You will be integral in verifying that our products meet quality standards.

As a Lead Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Assist operations team in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality goals/KPIs
- Provide training and support to quality assurance team members, focusing on systems, inspections, policies, procedures, and core processes
- Establish, collaborate, and execute project quality plan, witness-points, and quality records for compliance with contract. Ensure customer quality requirement, Feedback of Experience (FOE)/Lessons Learned are considered in the tender proposal to avoid deviation and to continually improve execution processes.
- Maintain and monitor effective work instructions and operating procedures for inspection, operations and supplier quality per API and company requirements. To include the audit system, calibration system, inspection team and system, and documentation system.
- Investigate, update, monitor, and communicate internal and external nonconformance to ensure capture, investigation, root cause analysis and proper documentation occurs

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have bachelor’s degree with 3 years relevant experience or Diploma degree with 5 years relevant experiences.
- Be able to ensure all customer reports are issued and resolved in a timely fashion.
- Have a good understanding of Process Safety Management (PSM) and Health, Safety and Environmental practices.
- Have following certificates is a big plus: NDE/Welding certification, QMS - ISO 9001/API Q1, RCA / CAPA Training, CoPQ
