As a Lead Manufacturing Training Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing, conducting, technical training modules. Writes materials to be used in modules and designs exercises to enhance training and development, conducts ILT / Virtual classes regarding Surface Pressure Control Wellhead Equipment Products, Manufacturing and Assembly and test and welding requirement associated and supervise Competency implementation for both Manufacturing /Engineering employees at the Surface Pressure Control Plant.

As a Lead Manufacturing Training Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Prepare and conduct technical Manufacturing and Assembly and test and welding training programs.
- Assess training needs and certification requirements.
- Deploy training to targeted personnel for both Manufacturing and Engineering employees.
- Evaluate technical employees and identify weaknesses.
- Prepare training material and classroom agenda.
- Conduct presentations and webinars, training programs using recognized training techniques and tools.
- Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
- Build training offering and update roster on Bakr Hughes learning platform.
- Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of course content throughout a course life cycle.
- Plan and direct classroom training, electronic learning, multimedia programs, and other computer-aided instructional technologies, conferences, and workshops.
- Support SPC TTM to fulfill Functions Competencies Requirements and formworks for both Manufacturing and Engineering team.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university - preferably in an Engineering function.
- Production operations experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment or field operation for wellhead and X-mass trees.
- Experience in a hands-on training role (Lead, Supervisor, Trainer).
- Capable to read and interpret technical documentation, such as schematics, diagrams, and sectional drawings, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, including: Creation and delivery of effective training in both written and oral formats, Conveying technical product/process information.
- Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.
- Excellent English and Arabic Language skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of large audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize in a highly dynamic production environment.
- Open collaborative style: the ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously with mínimal supervision or direction.
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Aptitude required to work on, train, and demonstrate Surface Pressure Control Wellhead equipment capabilities /Process.
- ability to develop lesson plans based on available curriculum materials, including course outlines, equipment manuals, engineering materials.
- Able to support the development of training aids, including simulators, e-learning courses, video presentation, distance learning, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimum supervision.
