Industry Energy technology (IET) part of Baker Hughes Company operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our mechanical Engineering Team uses cutting-edge technology to design gas and steam turbines, compressors and expanders.

Baker Hughes has a new opportunity for Senior Project Management based out of Saudi Arabia; reporting to the MENAT Projects Management Director.

**As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for**:

- Managing a Multi Million $ portfolio of Oil & Gas Turbomachinery projects across the MENAT region, in a complex environment, with commercial intensity and customer focus.
- Supporting the organization to manage the execution of complex and mega-deal projects through dynamic / agile management and collaboration with cross functional teams of Manufacturing, Engineering, Services, Supply Chain & Sourcing.
- Driving customer-focused execution strategies to achieve best in class project objectives and maximize accelerated growth.
- Being responsible for financial performance and Year of Year (YoY) growth associated with assigned project portfolio.
- Leading the initiative to localize manufacturing in Saudi Arabia and other countries in MENAT where needed and play an essential role to expand the same.

**Fuel your passion**

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or higher degree.
- Have 10-15 Years of experience in managing operations.
- Have Experience in managing a portfolio of projects in an Energy sector.
- Be able to speak Arabic and English with good oral and written communication skills.
- Have good analytical and organizational skills
