Medina, Saudi Arabia King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre Full time

Plans and supervises the operations of all assigned services and staff to ensure compliance with the established procedures and directives. Maintains log and job performance record on all subordinate personnel. Provides guidance, counsel and advice on all operational matters.

**Essential Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Establishes work schedules. Assigns work and assignments to subordinates to meet changing conditions. Checks performance to ensure that it meets proper standards.

2. Monitors emergency telephone service and directs security assistance to any emergency, incident or matter requiring attention.

3. Monitors and controls radio usage and direct communications via security radio base station.

4. Assigns personnel to ensure adequate security coverage of KFSH&RC and housing areas.

5. Inspects all areas of KFSH&RC facilities and housing areas to ensure security posts are adequately manned and security standards maintained.

6. Recommends improvement for security measures to safeguard personnel, materials and equipment.

7. Supervises activities of the assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with established procedures. Maintains interface with other departments for provision of security services.

8. Provides subordinate personnel continual guidance and counsel in operational matters.

10. Controls and organizes the traffic movement in order to ensure smooth entrance of employees, patients, and visitors.

11. Monitors interests, welfare and morale of subordinate personnel. Schedules and directs roll-call training.

12. Advises and assists with the in-services training program.

**Education**:
Bachelor's or Associate Degree/Diploma in any related discipline is required

**Experience Required**:
Three (3) years of related experience with Bachelor’s or five (5) years with Associate Degree/Diploma is required.

**Other Requirements(Certificates)**:

- Saudi National Only.
- Valid Motor Vehicle Driving License is required
