As the Service Delivery Manager - IWS, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment for employees, fostering a culture where employees feel enabled to do the right thing, enabling the framework for employees to maximize their respective potential, and ultimately creating a solid foundation to professionally support long-term business relationships with Baker Hughes

As a Senior Service Delivery Manager - IWS, you will be responsible for:

- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars
- Working in close collaboration with Project Managers, Well Engineering Manager, Product Line’s Service Delivery Leaders and Region Service Quality Director
- Identifying, recruiting, onboarding, developing, and retaining key employees to represent Baker Hughes IWS in a professional manner, and deliver unprecedented value to the industry
- Collaborating with the supply chain organization to accurately predict product demand, efficiently coordinate freight and logistics, and effectively execute flawless delivery to the customer
- Maintaining flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity
- Understanding the contractual obligations with strategic customer to verify compliance and mitigate risk for the greater Baker Hughes organization
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery to our customers through effective planning of resources
- Facilitating training and mentorship for all employees to develop a competent workforce that is capable of working with a high degree of accountability
**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Backelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, and/or a technical diploma in a relevant discipline
- Have 10+ years of relevant experience within the OFS environment, and have 5 years experience as a people leader
- Have effective organizational and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communicational ability
- Have a understanding of HSE standards, a clear understanding of the compliance and reporting requirements associated with the flawless execution of a Perfect HSE Day
- Have experience with managing Profit and Loss statements along with a understanding of factors that influence key metrics within a Profit and Loss statement
