The Integration and Interface Director will play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and coordination among all stakeholders involved in the projects. **Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement the integration and interface strategy for the projects to ensure seamless coordination and alignment.
- Lead and manage the integration and interface activities, including design, construction, operation, and maintenance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and government agencies, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to integration and interface issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee the use of project management tools and systems to support integration and interface activities.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and ensure successful project delivery.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on integration and interface management.
- Proven experience in managing complex integration and interface challenges in large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working in the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- PMP certification is a plus.
