**Key Responsibilities for HR Trainee - Tamheer Programme**:

- Support the HR team in coordinating **recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities** for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Assist in maintaining accurate **employee records**, data entry in HR systems, and file management in line with data protection policies.
- Participate in **employee engagement**, **wellbeing initiatives**, and internal communications.
- Help prepare HR-related documentation, including **contracts, reference letters, and training materials**, under the supervision of experienced HR professionals.
- Respond professionally and confidentially to HR queries from employees and managers.
- Assist in coordinating **learning and development** sessions, monitoring attendance, and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with team members on HR projects related to **policy development, diversity, and inclusion**.
- Provide support in **basic payroll queries**, benefits administration, and general HR duties as required.
- Attend HR meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with **company values and Saudi labour law**.

**Essential Experience & Qualifications for Tamheer Trainees**:

- Recently completed or currently holding a **Bachelor’s degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must be a **Saudi National**.
- ** Not registered in GOSI** for the past 6 months.
- ** No prior participation** in the Tamheer programme.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in **HR, talent management, or business support**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships in a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and openness to learning HR systems.
- Professional, discreet, and trustworthy with confidential information.

**Desirable Skills and Competencies**:

- Understanding of basic **Saudi labour regulations** and principles of workplace equality.
- Previous experience in a people-focused, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn and grow.
- Commitment to promoting **inclusivity and diversity** in the workplace.
- Interest in using digital tools to improve HR practices.
