Chef De Partie - Bakery

We are looking for a Chef De Partie - Bakery to be an effective member in Pullman Zamzam Madina and to be a great assist to the kitchen department and in the development of the hotel.

What you will be doing:

- To prepare, cook, present and assist with serving the food according to standard recipes, observing the correct portion control procedures at all times.
- To ensure that the highest standards of food presentation and service are achieved by displaying the products to the highest standards possible, and by promoting a positive presence.
- Be able to resolve customer complaints, adhering to excellent service standards, ensuring that you pass any complaint onto your superior.
- To make up mise-en-place for service and for the following session according to standard recipes and levels
- To be able to check the quantity and quality of food and to make a list to bring up to the necessary level for the next service.
- To ensure food is correctly dated, labeled, rotated and stored.
- Be able to report sub standard products, record and report the waste to your superior
- To inform your superior of any goods required, to fill out any requisitions and hand them to superiors for signature.
- To follow the correct usage and cleaning procedures of equipment as necessary according to training.
- To be involved with developing the menus by putting forward ideas for production.
- To assist with any special duties involved with functions as directed.
- To undertake any other duties as requested to ensure the smooth running of the departments.
- To share the information with your team and colleagues as appropriate, whilst respecting confidentiality, so that you and your colleagues have all the information you need to perform your duties effectively.
- To behave at all times in accordance with the department's policy on dignity at work.
- To undertake training deemed necessary by your superior.

**Qualifications**:
Your experience and skills include:

- At least 3 Years of experience in the position in a 5-star Hotel
- Saudi or with transferable Iqama
- Excellent leadership, communication and training skills
- Strong attention to detail, highly responsible, organized & reliable
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
