**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Install, configure and maintain computers, networks and/or other IT related equipment and devices
- Provide software and hardware support to our employees both in-office and remotely
- Take ownership and resolve internal issues and requests to completion
- Take charge and action the IT on/off boarding process to ensure a smooth start date
- Escalate IT issues to the external IT service provider where appropriate
- Manage the ticketing systems
- Maintain IT assets & inventories
- Write and update user instructions and document changes
- Be involved in project work and responsible for tasks
- Support the management of all Office 365 licensing and reporting (mailbox size/traffic)

**SKILLED REQUIRED**:

- Strong troubleshooting skills with both Windows and macOS using best practices
- Strong multitasking and prioritization ability
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including O365
- Experienced in using, logging and documenting technical issues in a ticket managing system
- Experience with Windows Server Active Directory users and computers
