**Responsibilities**:
We envisage success in this role to include;- Leading and manage the civil design and delivery of infrastructure projects including roads, highways, drainage, water supply, and earthworks.- Overseeing and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD technicians to ensure high-quality project outcomes.- Developing and review technical designs, specifications, and construction documents in accordance with industry standards and client requirements.- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including structural, geotechnical, environmental, and transportation engineers.- Serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.- Conducting site visits, feasibility studies, and technical assessments as required.- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and national engineering codes and health & safety regulations.- Supporting business development efforts through proposal writing, client presentations, and identifying new project opportunities.

Qualifications:
