Inspect project sites to monitor progress of site activities and ensure conformity to civil design specifications and safety standards.
- Liaise with quantity surveyors to estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
- Participate in surveying to lay out installations, prepare site survey report and submit to construction manager/Project manager to help guide the construction phase.
- Supervise contracted staff and ensure conformity to Quality & safety Standards.
- Prepare Project Progress Reports and time sheets and submit it to the project manager and construction manager.
- Prepare a descriptive technical report on any occurring problem and provide technical advice to solve the encountered problem.
- Follow up work progress with projects teams, up to handing over to the end user.
- Coordinate site activities with the end user representatives and project management team.
- Make sure that procedures followed and to determine if specified steps were taken.
- Ensure the implementation of the company’s HSE standards.
- To produce reports, proposals, technical documentation and user guides as required and to ensure other Team members and teams’ knowledge are up to date.
- Conduct awareness sessions for the team and GS employees when needed.

- Bachelor of Engineering with a specialization in Civil engineering. Solid knowledge in all civil construction activities.
- From 2 to 4 Years of experience in construction projects
- Preferably Experience in HSE Management System
