**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with government entities relevant to the QIC programs.
- Monitor compliance with local laws and regulations affecting project execution.
- Assist in the preparation of government submissions, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate communication between various stakeholders to ensure alignment of interests.
- Provide strategic advice on government relations and lobbying efforts.
- Conduct regular assessments of government-related risks and opportunities.
- Support the mobilization of resources necessary for QIC projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Political Science, Public Relations, or Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of experience in government relations or public affairs, preferably within the construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong familiarity with government policies, regulations, and their implications on projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset, capable of working independently and in team settings.
