**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive project reports, dashboards, and presentations using Power BI and other relevant tools, catering to various stakeholder needs (e.g., executive management, project managers, clients).
- Collaborate with project controls specialists (Planners, Cost Controllers, Risk Analysts) to gather data requirements and ensure accuracy and consistency of reported information.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes from various project management systems (e.g., Primavera P6, SAP, SharePoint, internal databases) to ensure timely and efficient report generation.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, variances, potential risks, and opportunities related to project schedule, cost, and progress.
- Develop and implement data quality control procedures to ensure the integrity and reliability of all reported data.
- Provide training and support to project team members on reporting tools and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls processes and reporting methodologies.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses as required by project leadership.
- Ensure all reporting activities comply with Parsons' standards, project requirements, and industry best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a reporting or data analysis role within a project controls environment, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proven expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, report design, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of project controls principles, including scheduling, cost control, risk management, and earned value management.
- Experience with project management software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VBA is a plus).
- Experience with other reporting tools or programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) is a significant advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding project environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Computer Science, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working on mega-projects in the Middle East.
- Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or Project Controls (e.g., AACE International) are a plus.
