**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and design civil engineering projects, such as highways, bridges, and water supply systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering plans, calculations, and specifications in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
- Conduct site investigations and assessments to evaluate project feasibility.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design and quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
- Maintain project documentation, including progress reports and design modifications.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficient in engineering software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred.
