We are looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated **Health and Safety on Design** professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on integrating health and safety considerations into the design and planning phases of our projects. Your expertise will help ensure that safety is prioritized from the very beginning, contributing to the overall success and safety of our construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze project designs to identify health and safety risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Collaborate with project teams, architects, and engineers to promote health and safety during the design phase
- Develop guidelines and best practices for integrating health and safety into design plans
- Conduct risk assessments and propose design modifications to mitigate identified hazards
- Deliver training and workshops on health and safety in design to project stakeholders
- Stay updated with current health and safety legislation, trends, and best practices
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation related to health and safety assessments in design

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in health and safety roles, preferably with a focus on design
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and standards applicable to design and construction
- Proven ability to analyze and assess risks within design projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Relevant certifications in health and safety or risk assessment are preferred
