Our Oilfield Services Team is assembling and testing the latest products of oilfield equipment which is beating heart of our work. We collaborate with our development teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.

As a Business Title Services Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring Drilling Services AMO policies and procedures are maintained and updated as needed. This includes providing a number of quality assurance functions, providing project management expertise to other departments within AMO work cell, and conducting short term project management assignments whenever required.

As a Business Title Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing and improving existing AMO process and/or workflow to endorse effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, or discontinuance
- Supporting in preparing plans, designs, and implementing (post approvals) new AMO processes by ensuring effective methods and workflow are in alignment with the BH strategic direction
- Providing support to focus on improvements or actions required to upkeep the safety standards in the AMO workshop/Workflow contributing directly to AMO KPI’s
- Developing, analyzing & maintaining AMO process data that will be beneficial for the improvement of various KPIs
- Leading Kaizen exercises proposed / sponsored by AMO management
- Developing, planning & executing events/engagements within or not limited to AMO focusing on high level of HSE & quality improvements

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvements - Lean & 6sigma background is a plus
- Display strong oral and written communication skills
- Display strong problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
