Regional Sales Director

We are actively looking for a Regional Sales Director to manage our sales process with our customers in Saudi Arabia. The position would be based in Riyadh, KSA, and would oversee sales for all our customers in the region.
What will your job look like
You will be leading our technical sales process to align VeriPark solutions with the customer's requirements. This would include:
- Responsible for constantly attaining targeted revenue and profitability goals for the assigned territory
- Lead client presentations during the sales meetings
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and RFP response preparation and ensure the SLAs are met
- Plan and attend to POCs
- Follow-up contracts to closure
- Manage existing accounts by ensuring AMC renewal follow-up, guiding the preparation of proposals, and closing sales for additional requests and new projects
- Regularly visiting existing customers and relationship building.
- You will also be actively participating in the marketing activities and would be responsible to attend all events and tradeshows in the territory, setting up of VeriPark booths and staffing them, and delivering presentations during the sponsored events
We expect you to be comfortable with travel up to 50% of the time (after COVID restrictions are removed). Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent, from a reputed institution
- Experience in Microsoft solutions space or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in Banking or Financial Industry
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions. Must be clear, concise, and convincing.
- Proven experience in navigating the complexities. Ability to gain a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution.
- Laser-like prioritization and time management skills. Ability to cut through the clutter and focus on key objectives.
- Highly motivated, self-starter who transforms challenging business problems into tangible action plans.
- Ability to make sound business decisions/trade-offs independently based on data, competitive dynamics, and other pertinent facts.
- Needs to be comfortable working with details related to financing, legal, product, and marketplace to drive recommendations
Must have transferable IQAMA.
