The Senior Planning Engineer should have experience in **Industrial Parks & Factories projects, **must have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of Project Controls and Planning.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Provide leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement, and reporting for the entire project
- Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to planning & reporting staff, interface with clients, and attend regular meetings
- Develop, implement, and maintain project controls processes, procedures, systems, and tools and monitor compliance
- Provide guidance and direction for the resolution of planning and issues as they arise
- Setting up Primavera Project Management System P6 for program management across the planning team with all stakeholders
- Assist in preparing the Integrated master programme for the project
- Assisting in the consultants & Contractors’ selection process for Tendering and technical evaluation
- Assisting in establishing/delivering formal reporting arrangements on project progress for the client and project
- Arranging project controls workshops/meetings to discuss and assist contractors/consultants to close their project control issues
- Review & challenge any claims and EOT requests
- Assist in developing the document control system and communication flow for the project
- Reviewing consultants & construction programmes received and analyzing them in line with the contractual requirements
- Ensuring procurement, material, and submittal logs are created and maintained
- Able to assess and analyze the impact(s) of design and construction changes and schedule slippages.
- Coordinates execution of effective Project Risk Management across the project.

**What Required Skills You’ll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or construction management with a minimum of 15+ years of post-graduate experience in infrastructure projects.
- Good knowledge of the design process and construction methodologies
