**Role Description**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project managers in planning, executing, and delivering cybersecurity projects. You will act as a liaison between various teams and stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate project activities and collaborate with teams to execute tasks effectively.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
- Manage project documentation, including project schedules, risk assessments, and budgets.
- Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster open communication among project team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings to track project progress and address challenges proactively.
- Support project managers in change management and stakeholder engagement efforts.

**Requirements**:
**Education and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, MIS, or Business Administration, or a related field.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in project management or related roles.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset and a desire to learn and grow within the organization.
