The Senior Manager will oversee feasibility studies, conduct thorough financial analyses, and prepare reports that support strategic planning and investment decisions. Your contributions will ensure that our projects are not only ambitious but also financially sound.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead feasibility studies for new projects, providing comprehensive financial assessments to evaluate potential risks and returns.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost estimation, and profitability assessments.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop robust financial models that inform strategic investment decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports and feasibility studies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and assess market trends, competitor activities, and economic conditions to shape financial strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior financial analysts in conducting analyses and compiling reports.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices in all analyses conducted.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven track record of at least a minimum 9-12 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in financial modeling and feasibility analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial concepts clearly to various stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel is essential
