**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, ensuring a supportive environment.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results to suggest improvements.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Organize and conduct training sessions on HR policies and employee programs.
- Support employees in navigating benefits programs, performance evaluations, and career development.
- Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle employee records securely.
- Provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring a welcoming integration for new hires.
- Stay up to date with HR trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in employee relations or human resources.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with employees.
- Empathy and a commitment to providing exceptional employee care.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English, both spoken & written, is required.
