The Role
- Managing and supervising everyone in the branch; and leading the overall branch activities including operations, administration, business development, product development, local purchases, inventory management, and budgeting, statutory and regulatory compliances. - Managing and ensuring strict adherence to the time schedules, quality standards, and profitability standards whilst achieving pre-set targets, on-time delivery and value for the money to the customers. - Overseeing the identification of constraints and taking steps to rectify it. Reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same to enhance operational efficiency. - Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of all operations through the effective interface between head office and branch. - Assist in the development of new products, negotiations of techno - commercials pertaining to local purchases and imports in coordination with BD specialist, regional manager, and head office staff. - Inform the regional manager regarding the non-conforming processes / products and take immediate corrective and preventive actions. - Maintain all production, sales, service and quality records as required by the management. Monitor outputs on daily basis. - Liaison with all other support services for the upkeep of company procedures. - Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the branch's objectives. - Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for branch personnel. - Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
**Requirements**:
- Branch staff, head office staff, local clients and other branch managers. - Graduation in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering. Post-Graduation is a plus. - 15 years’ work experience as a Production / 5 Years in Saudi / Operations Manager in a Hydraulic related engineering industry. Commercial experience is a plus.
