**Your Role**

At AlGooru, we're not just building a platform; we're building a future where personalized learning is accessible to everyone. As our **Academic Supervisor**, you’ll be at the heart of the BizDev tribe, driving impact by:

- Achieve 100% alignment and execution of the academic schedule across all Nomu school tracks by the end of the first term.
- Ensure tutor shift coverage is consistently above 95% through proper scheduling and planning within the first 90 days.
- Raise stakeholder satisfaction scores to 85%+ and improve student average test scores by 10% over two academic cycles.

**A Day In Your Life**:
1. Curriculum Oversight:

- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum to align with the program goal
- Regularly review and update instructional materials and resources to ensure relevance and effectiveness.

2. Teacher Support and Development:

- Mentor and coach teachers to improve instructional practices and classroom management.
- Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback.

3. Student Achievement:

- Establish student registration criteria in the program.
- Monitor and analyze student performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers to create individualized learning plans for students as needed.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement.

4. Program Management:

- Coordinate and manage academic programs, schedules, and assessments.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

- Act as a liaison between teachers, parents, and administration to align academic goals.
- Participate in staff meetings, committees, and school improvement initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on program performance to school leadership.

6. Promote Nomu Program
- Serve as the official representative or guide for all matters related to the Nomu Program.
- Handle any questions or concerns about the program from parents.

**Requirements**:
**You’re the Academic Supervisor we’re looking for if you have**:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in academic leadership or school program operations
- Strong academic leadership background and experience in school program operations
- Excellent communication and coaching skills for educators
- High organizational capability to manage complex schedules and teams
- Proficient in data analysis related to student outcomes and academic KPIs
- Knowledge of the Saudi education system is preferred
