- The Guest Service Supervisor plans, directs, or coordinates activities of the Serviced Residence Property. He/she is responsible for managing the team of Guest Relations Executives and making sure that the Front Desk offers a warm welcome, speedy and efficient check-in and check-out. He/she will provide assistance to the Guest Service Manager when the need arises.- Job Requirement
- At least 5 years’ experience in the Front Office position in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (particularly MS Word, MS Excel & MS Powerpoint) and Cloud PMS (RMS)
- Able to converse well in Arabic and English.
- Meticulous, Good Organizational Skills, Display of cheerful, pleasant and warm disposition.
