**The project**:
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.

**Job Summary**:
Responsible for delivering client-facing services including the advisory, management and co-ordination of various climate change, sustainability and/or social value related activities on projects and/or programmes. Support work winning, and the delivery of Mace's 2026 business plan and Responsible Business strategy.

**You’ll be responsible for**:

- Lead the development of social value strategies on the project, including agreeing project outcomes and ensuring their delivery by the project team.
- Delivering Social Value consultancy services for a large regional aviation client.
- Working with supply chains and consultants to develop Social Value KPIs, handbooks, and reporting mechanisms within the project.
- Attending client meetings and project review meetings to report outputs, issues, and risks.
- Establishing strong, positive relationships with the client, identifying opportunities for further work and support.
- Manage a team of managers and assistant managers within the Social Value team.
- Writing bid submissions and representing the Social Value team in bid presentations.
- Supporting the development of the Social Value service offer across the business, including marketing/branding material and case studies.
- Delivering Social Value training to the Responsible Business team and the wider business.
- Supporting the delivery of Mace’s Grow Together strategy and Value to Society targets.
- Identifying and producing case studies to assist with communicating best practice and lessons learnt.
- Provide reach-back support into the central Responsible Business Social Value consult team.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Qualifications: Relevant Tertiary Qualification (Post Graduate Degree, Etc) (or equivalent).
- Practical experience in the following sectors would be beneficial: Infrastructure (e.g., rail, highways, aviation, defence, energy, utilities, nuclear).

We are also open to discussing part time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role. (Dependant on geography with BUD approval).
