**Main Purpose**:Brand Manager is responsible for setting up the business plan for the Brand(s) along with goals and objectives, budgets and commercial targets in alignment with the Group’s strategic direction for the short and long term.
**ONLY THOSE WHO ARE IN KSA WILL BE CONSIDERED**
**Required EDUCATION AND qualification**
- Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in trade marketing in the KSA (Perfume Industry).
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, communication skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour are also essential qualifications for this role.
- Strong project management, analytical, and forecasting skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
**Brand Strategy & Profitability**:
- Sell-in and Sell-out growth of 10% annually for assigned Brands.
- Build company’s brands and raise brand awareness within KSA market.
- Consistent or improved ranking of brands with Retailers
- Improve brand presence and positioning in KSA market.
- Promote brand growth and awareness within KSA market.
- Deliver results for the brand, focusing on net sales and brand contribution to the P&L.
- Improve brand’s visibility, memorability, and recognition with “A” Accounts.
- Ensure listing of new launches in existing and new accounts.
- Growth in brand profitability while maintaining expenses within the budget.
**Market Share**:
- Better locations and more personalization projects for assigned brands.
- Analyze market positioning in KSA and plan effective action plan for target market.
- Improve and wider distribution within KSA market especially with “A” Accounts.
- Monitor product distribution and expansion within KSA Market.
- New contracts and agreements with Retailers for both online platform or physical shops.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with Retail Partners and Suppliers.
- Implementing brand plans to drive and maximize profitability.
- Conduct market visits in all major shops within the region as required.
**Marketing Campaigns + Launches**:
- Knowledgeable in conducting market research, analytics, and consumer behaviour.
- Work across all levels and departments in planning innovative brand marketing campaigns.
- Exclusive marketing offers from malls/establishment and/or major events in KSA.
- Making sure that the brand’s advertising and marketing activities are sending out the right image.
- Analyse and establish performance specifications, pricing, margin, discount offers and profits for new launches, promotions, podiums etc.
- Evaluate new and on-going marketing and advertising activities based on brand’s guidelines and budgets.
- Measure performance of all marketing campaigns and assessing ROI & KPIs.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.
- Better rate and discounted offers for rentals of podiums and other marketing activities.
- Ensure productivity of team members.
**Reporting & Budgets**:
- Identify right strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media platform.
- Conducting presentations during business meetings and updates brand’s growth and development with Senzone.
- Schedule and attend meetings with major partners & retailers in KSA.
- Prepare relevant documents as required by management and suppliers.
- Responsible in preparing and filing monthly sales reports, budgets, A&P and business plans.
- Preparing sales reports for both company’s management and supplier partners.
- Responsible in preparing semester’s business review presentations for the suppliers.
- Handling major complaints and issues with retailers and escalate to suppliers if needed.
**Inventory**:
- Analyse fast selling lines monthly/quarterly depend on previous month/quarter by lines sales.
- Maintain sufficient stock cover with maximum three months (or less) in accordance with fast selling analysis
- Vindicate the pipeline quantity and SOH depend on need.
- Maintain the moderate inventory level with full range availability.
- Strategize and manage the flow of inventory with proper coordination with supplier and customers
Pay: ﷼13,000.00 - ﷼17,000.00 per month
