**Description**

General information:You as a Maintenance Technician will be part of Hitachi Energy, will be part of Hitachi Energy business based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will be ensuring that the machines areas and working environment are free of hazardous objects and substances. Responsibilities:Operating, maintaining and repairing of responsible equipment's. Following up with team operating procedures. Generating failure reports and corrective measures on major incidents to decrease and prevent failures. Communicating when appropriate the status of responsible equipment and effects to operations. Coordinating repair activities with team supervisor. Submitting maintenance reports on daily, monthly, quarterly, and annually and the progress of work to the supervisor. Ability to maintain effective and good communication with maintenance supervisor and production teams. Conducting preventive maintenance inspection and perform required preventive maintenance actions such as lubrications, cleaning, filer change and replaced damage parts. Performing preventive maintenance for readiness and operational capacity of all machines. Following up all aspects of maintenance safety protocol (LOTO, 5S). Day to day coverage of production equipment in assigned area - complete scheduled PM's, respond to alarms, solve equipment breakdowns, and fulfill production requests efficiently to minimize downtime. Minimum 2 years' experience in electrical and mechanical equipment's maintenance. Knowledge in Microsoft office like excel, word and PowerPoint. Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
