Position: Principal Consultant
The Principal Consultant will possess knowledge of healthcare strategy, markets,
segments and delivery mechanisms. The Principal Consultant will lead a client
delivery team to thoroughly conduct market research and assessments to identify
opportunities for growth, improve financial, operational, clinical, patient safety or
quality outcomes within healthcare organizations.
Core Skill Areas:
The principal consultant must have experience in:

- Market assessment, financial feasibility, business & go-to-market strategy,
competitor analysis, mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, IPO, new product
development / launch, operational assessments and performance
improvement, transformation and change management programs.

- Healthcare Strategy & Operations / Delivery, Pharmaceutical and Life
sciences / Biotechnology, and Medical Technology segments, private equity /
investment.
Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a project manager, leading small client teams to achieve significant
results.
- Manage assigned activities autonomously and with creative initiative to
complete work on time and with high quality.
- Independently collect, validate, analyze and synthesize data to support
engagement objectives.
- Successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while balancing
priorities and providing timely communication to colleagues and clients.

**Salary**: ﷼400,000.00 - ﷼420,000.00 per year
