**Duties**

  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Support the Sales Manager in training and mentoring sales staff to enhance their performance.
  • Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports on sales performance for management review.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that drive sales.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing or mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
