You will drive excellence in clinical and customer experiences by developing forward-thinking rehabilitation strategies, guiding research, and empowering clinicians and partners with world-class training.

You will be both a strategic architect and a hands-on enabler, collaborating with internal teams, clinics, distributors, and global stakeholders to elevate patient outcomes and long-term loyalty.

Your Key Responsibilities: Here’s what you’ll do:
Strategic Leadership & Business Planning
- Contribute to the development of MEA’s annual and 3-year business plans, ensuring alignment with global rehabilitation, clinical, and customer service strategies.
- Lead the development and execution of the regional rehabilitation functional plan, with short
- and long-term goals tailored to local market dynamics.
- Translate global strategies into regional actions that drive sustainable growth, enhance outcomes, and improve patient experience.

Rehabilitation Excellence & Customer Experience
- Act as the primary escalation point for rehabilitation-related challenges, driving issue resolution with professionalism and impact.
- Define, improve, and implement rehabilitation policies, processes, and best practices.
- Collaborate on customer experience strategies to support a seamless, patient-centered care journey.

Education & Training Development:

- Identify, assess, and address training needs across internal teams and external partners (clinics, distributors, HCPs).
- Design and deliver impactful training programs and materials that build clinical competency and confidence.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager MEA to align development plans with future business needs.

Research & Clinical Partnership:

- Evaluate and prioritize clinical research opportunities to support outcomes-focused initiatives.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of research projects in partnership with local clinics and the EMEA Clinical Studies team.
- Drive the integration of research findings into clinical practice to improve care and build long-term loyalty.

Facility & Team Leadership:

- Oversee clinical support facility operations, ensuring compliance, performance quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Review service delivery, gather feedback from referring clinics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Inspire and lead a skilled team by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and innovation.

Your Profile: Who We’re Looking For:
You are a skilled communicator, strategic thinker, and clinical expert who thrives in complex, multicultural environments. You bring:

- A background in Audiology, Rehabilitation, Speech Therapy, or Clinical Sciences (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Proven experience leading rehabilitation, training, or clinical service functions in a medical/healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of clinical outcomes, patient pathways, and customer experience principles.
- Ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and drive change.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (additional regional languages a plus).
- Willingness to travel within the MEA region as required.

What We Offer You:
