**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Effectively communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
- Manage project resources, including assigning tasks, tracking progress, and providing guidance and support to project team members.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Identify and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement by capturing and sharing project lessons learned and implementing process

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve project issues.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management roles.
- Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end project lifecycles, from initiation to closure.
- Experience in leading cross-functional project teams and managing project resources.
- Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure, software development lifecycle, and information security practices.
- Experience in stakeholder management and presenting project updates to executive leadership.
