**BIM Manager will support in implementing BIM requirements for the projects and monitors the draft and final deliverables for adherence to these criteria by third-party design consultants and works contractors, including**:

**Job Duties**:
- **Supports in design review activities with a focus on coordination, clash detection, and reliable, consistent,**:
- **timely date exchange. Responsible for the development and distribution of a one to two-page description of the project to all members of the project team for reference.**:
- **Works with other managers and discipline leads to support development of project design and BIM requirements and ensures the project meets or exceeds goals established in these plans.**:
- **Collaborates with Design Management/Construction Management team in progress meetings to review project BIM status and formulate action items, and responsible for following up on instructions and commitments associated with the project.**:
- **Provide input to preparation of Monthly Report and Design Stage Reviews (and others as required).**:
- **Monitors and reports to management on the progress of all activities within the project, including significant milestones, and any conditions, which would affect project brief, cost or schedule.**:
- **Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate**:
**Job Qualifications**:
- **10+ years’ experience working in the industry with an in-depth knowledge of the Autodesk Revit software in a similar role.**:
- **Understanding of how the BIM process applies from start to finish.**:
- **Experience generating Revit families and project standards**:
- **Experience generating new solutions to solve BIM problems**:
- **Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently**:
