**We are Hiring**:
We are currently looking for **BIM Manager **with a minimum of 15 years of experience, **for site supervision Building projects with PMC background.**

**Qualifications** **and technical competencies**
- Must have a minimum of 15 years in BIM/Revit experience.
- Responsible for assisting in the setup of BIM workflows within non-design teams (project
- management, cost consulting)
- Responsible for providing leadership and direction of specific BIM technologies to various project teams.
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Creating the digital delivery strategy from design phase to the As-Built stage.
- Review Contractor’s BEP, BIM deliverables.
- Drives the strategic planning and management of BIM functions included but not limited to model coordination, clash detection, 4D, 5D functions and creating the asset information model (AIM) with the related O&M data by using COBie schema in order to provide a smooth handover to the facility management phase.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining the 4D models with the time data and integrating the planning schedule to monitor the planned vs actual site progress via 4D simulations.
- Creating and maintaining the Common Data Environment (CDE) platform.- Transferring the BIM models to the Digital Twin platform and managing assets by:
- Integrating the BIM models with the IoT enhanced Building Management Systems (BMS) to monitor the live and historical facility data.
- Integrating BIM models with the ERP systems to manage the O&M process such as work orders and static asset data.
- Facilitates practice line and BIM Centre training.
- Authors project BIM / GIS management plans, scopes of work, specifications, project reports
- and other BIM related project documentation.
- Represents BIM at high level project management meetings, both internally and externally.
- Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
- Contributing to the development of strategic plans for the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the
- organization, identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing best practices in project delivery.
- Overseeing / managing BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project set up
- Technical proficiency of BIM LOD 300 with strong knowledge of LOD 400 - 500 BIM models
- Extensive experience in CDE (BIM 360, ACC, or ProjectWise)
- Technical management of project BIM data sets
- Must have a solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and construction processes across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Incharge of BIM implementation on new projects.
- Must have extensive understanding of point-cloud data for as-built model preparation.
- Chairing / leading BIM workshop / Clash Resolution meetings.
- Maintain minutes and support meeting organisation for the BIM activities.
- Must have thorough understanding of tasks related to QA/QC of LOD 400-500 BIM models.
- Coordination of supply chain Task Information Delivery Plans (TIDP’s) to support the development of the Master Deliverables List to ensure supply chain BIM deliverables in line with the Employers Information Requirements
- Manage coordination reports of the interfaces between engineering disciplines / design and construction / temporary and permanent works design activities, through the BIM process.
- Development of the design to Construction through BIM processes such as 5D/ 4D.
- Thorough understanding of engineering principles and spatial coordination
- Must have thorough understanding of ISO 19650
- Must have extensive understanding of AEC UK BIM standards.

**Experience (Advantageous)**
- Expert knowledge of BIM authoring, coordination, and collaboration tools.
- Good working knowledge of relevant standards
- Knowledge of the connected areas of BIM and IM, including GIS, Asset Data, Systems management
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- The ability to identify, analyse, and solve complex problems that may arise during the project life cycle.
- The ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and other key project partners.
- The ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments, including responding to unexpected challenges and shifting priorities.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle.
- Extensive experience of working on LOD 400-500 BIM models.
- Contractor’s BIM experience is advantageous.
- Extensive experience on managing MIDP / TIDP
- COBie experience is a must with an understanding of Uniclass and Masterclass standards.
