Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Governance / Reporting Manager to join our team In this role you will get to create and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, and producing reports for senior management and stakeholders.

**What You'll Be Doing**

Key duties include managing reporting processes, analyzing data to provide insights, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with different departments to gather information and resolve issues.

• Prepare high-quality, timely, and accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations for various governance bodies, such as boards and committees. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and project performance.
• Oversee the implementation and adherence to governance frameworks, policies, and procedures. Coordinate and document board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and action points.
• Ensure the quality and integrity of project and corporate data. Liaise with stakeholders to gather data, resolve discrepancies, and maintain data standards.
• Monitor and report on risks and issues, collaborating with risk owners to develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Act as a key point of contact, liaising with various stakeholders across different departments to gather information, manage expectations, and communicate outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance and reporting processes, and implement new tools or automation where appropriate. Lead lessons learned processes.

**Education and Experience**

• Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Law, or other related field.
• 10+ years of Trade Compliance related experience, to include supervisory experience, ideally in defense and technology industries
