- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for open positions, including job requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers. Ensure all aspects of the recruitment process are executed efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Develop strong, ongoing relationships with hiring managers and HR business partners to gain a deep understanding of the team's hiring needs, objectives, and organizational culture. Provide guidance and strategic input into the hiring process.

**Requirements**:
**What You Need**:

- Proven Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment and sourcing, with a strong track record of successfully filling roles across various functions and industries. Prior experience in the gaming, esports, live events, or entertainment industries is highly preferred.
- International Recruitment Experience: Previous experience working with global teams and recruiting for international roles is a strong advantage.
- Applicant Tracking Systems: Familiarity with various ATS platforms. Experience using Workable or Greenhouse or similar systems is a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and stay organized.
- Cultural Fit: A passion for working with diverse teams, and an understanding of how to recruit for organizational culture and values.
