Hosuk Travels is looking for an experienced **Office Manager** to oversee daily administrative operations at our Riyadh office. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth office functions, maintaining efficiency, and supporting various departments to enhance productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate workflow.
- Maintain company records, documents, and correspondence.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
- Assist in financial processes, including petty cash management and expense tracking.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative leadership.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
