**Your day to day**
Under the general direction of the Assistant Rooms Division Manager, support and oversee the daily operation of the Recreation Club to ensure all guests receive a consistent luxury experience. You will be required to coordinate with all other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience is consistently delivered.
**What we need from you**
Responsibility entire Health Club, Gym, Tennis, Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Bowling and Golf club Prepare and manage a business plan/ budget with measurable targets for all parameters set down by the hotel budget To ensure smooth operations and coordination of lifestyle and fitness activities and classes across all properties To manage registered service providers, vendors, instructors and coaches related to lifestyle and fitness business unit Ensure Health and Entertainment receptionists and related team follow superior customer service guidelines and work closely with customer service team to enhance service delivery standards and procedures Ensure customer acquisition and retention by delivering excellent lifestyle and fitness services to all properties. Collaborate with customer service team to develop and manage comprehensive training programs for Health and Entertainment receptionist teams to ensure and enhance customer experience Develop, implement and oversee policies, processes and procedures related to Health club and fitness/lifestyle, Entertainment service offerings Track all classes statistics, collect data and prepare weekly and monthly management reports Work closely with your team to develop and implement strategies that promote lifestyle and fitness services Procurement of high-quality lifestyle and fitness service providers, Entertainment for respective business units (community Classes, lifestyle initiatives & special Projects, E-commerce etc.) Ensure that all marketing is effectively implemented and executed across all communities to maximize awareness related to classes, services and initiatives in order to increase engagement and revenue. Oversee and coordinate community enhancement initiatives and projects. Coordinate with Sales & Marketing to showcase the products and services effectively Familiarizes yourself with Company Health and Safety Policies and ensure your areas promote and comply with them What we need from you
