**Summary**

The Performance Senior Specialist is tasked with developing and implementing strategies that help our organization achieve its goals. This includes creating new performance standards, coaching employees on how to best meet these standards, and providing ongoing feedback throughout the year. The Performance Senior Specialist will be accountable for managing the end to end performance management cycle and is required to submit regular reports that provide the people & culture team with actionable outcomes. You will be the " go to person" for all things performance related, will take ownership over the performance management framework and will have accountability over the systems that support the cycle.

**Responsibilities**
- Take ownership of the performance management framework, process design and annual cycle
- recommend areas of improvement
- Design and implement company wide initiatives that drive a culture of high performance.
- Provide communication material and design campaigns around performance management and it's cycle
- Plan and execute system training that support the performance framework and cycle
- Partner with the strategy department to ensure that functional objectives are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
- Partner with leadership and management to develop robust, measurable KPI's for employees that contribute to the overall company goals.
- Provide coaching & feedback to employees on performance improvements and what it means to overachieve.
- Provide coaching to our leadership and management team on how to effectively conduct performance management sessions.
- Partner with the L&D team to identify training needs for employees to ensure that they are adequately equipped to perform their jobs effectively.
- Effectively manage the performance management system and submit reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field - 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Saudi Nationals preferred
