As a Plant Field Operator, you’re to perform duties associated with the operation of the plant operating units. Executing standard operating procedures and ISO procedures according to global standards. Operates board units and associated processes efficiently and safely.

As a Plant Field Operator, you will be responsible for:

- Performing duties that are associated with the operation of the plant operating units under limited supervision.
- Interpreting batch tickets, standard operating procedures, and ISO procedures.
- Calculating batch yields and performing basic calculations required on batch tickets.
- Operating all blender units and associated processes efficiently and safely.
- Loading, unloading, and transferring all raw materials and products using safe handling methods.
- Controlling the amount of waste generated and disposing of waste according to environmental requirements.
- Adhering to all safety rules and procedures including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and attending all scheduled safety meetings.
- Identifying safety issues and recommending corrective actions proactively.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Technical Institute or College of Technology or High school degree.
- Have minimum 2 years of experience in the Petrochemical Industry.
- Demonstrate knowledge of basic chemical manufacturing processes.
- Have proven initiative in increasing knowledge of products, processes, and equipment.
- Have knowledge of all safety policies and procedures.
- Be able to enter accurate data into the plant computer system.
- Having previous experience as Chemical Operator may be substituted.
