**Job Description Summary**: This is an exciting role in the Local Customer Team for KSA with a focus on delivering for our patients and our customers.

Responsible for the successful delivery of customer equipment, facilities, or infrastructure projects, this role encompasses end-to-end project management, profit and loss accountability, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The incumbent exercises ownership and influence over budgets and operating plans, guided by established operating policies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential. Within the operational area or a segment of a larger business unit, the role enjoys a degree of autonomy. Its impact may be substantial, particularly within a small business unit or family within a function or profit and loss statement. The role demands high levels of evaluative judgment and operational acumen to achieve successful outcomes.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Oversees Non-Turnkey Projects or Product/Equipment-Only initiatives, demonstrating accountability for project supervision and providing direct or indirect leadership for small to medium-sized projects (scaled in relation to GE company standards). This scope may encompass equipment-only endeavors, suites of products, or non-turnkey projects.
- Occupying a 2nd line managerial position with senior professional direct reports, the role excels in attracting and retaining talent, often managing medium to large teams. Evolving expertise within the designated function, it may involve roles that serve as experts in their disciplines, contributing professional or thought leadership. The incumbent influences policy and ensures efficient delivery within their area of responsibility, fostering collaboration with other organizational units.
- The role interprets internal and external business challenges, offering recommendations for best practices to enhance products, processes, or services. Leveraging a deep understanding of industry trends, the role informs decision-making processes.

In navigating complex manufacturing processes with technical diversity and/or interdependent production cycles, the incumbent leads others to discover creative solutions. Employing sophisticated operational, product management, manufacturing, or engineering techniques, the role necessitates interaction with adjacent functions to resolve challenges. It possesses the ability to evaluate the quality of information received, questioning conflicting data for analysis and utilizing diverse internal and external resources to arrive at decisions.
- The role may lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risks, and/or complexity. It presents business or technical discipline solutions to leaders, effectively communicating complex messages. Internally, negotiation is prevalent, influencing peers to take action, and external negotiation may occur with partners, vendors, or customers.

**Required Qualifications**
- This role requires significant experience in the Project Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
