Our Finance Team provides support and insight for the business through planning, analyzing, and reporting. We use extensive data to aid important decision making that impacts our global organization and to identify areas for improvement. Partner with the best
- Execute financial initiatives to support the plant strategy of ensuring full liquidation of the plant with cost control, working capital management and full capacity utilization.
- Planning/Forecasting of plant financials based on expected burden pool expenses and capacity utilization.
- Support the financial closing activities with the Controllership team including accounting support, inter-company rebilling, manufacturing variances and post-close financial analysis.
- Detects and signals flaws in approaches, methods, procedures and processes and suggests improvements.
- Support with the business cycle
- 3-year plan, budget, forecasts at each level of the organization.
- Analyzing the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Communicating with other functional areas required. Influencing peers to meet the objectives.
- Driving the product costing monthly/ YTD, detailed understanding on GPI/GPA product distribution, alignment along the business partners and with the manufacturing plant.
- Understand the formulations and implement the process to improve along with technical team.
- Develop detailed SAP P&L report to drive the actions.
- Handles other tasks as assigned by leader.
- Works under direct supervision from CFO and Global manufacturing Finance Leader.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting from accredited University.
- 5+ Years of experience in Financial Planning
- Experience using SAP and MS Excel preferred.
- Oil and Gas or Manufacturing experience is preferred.
- Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive mind-set, ability to bring to the team.
- As per local law, this role must be filled by Saudi nationals only.
