We are looking for a talented and experienced Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team at Salla. As a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain customers throughout their lifecycle journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize customer data and insights to segment our customer base effectively. Develop targeted messaging and campaigns tailored to each segment's needs and preferences.
- Develop and refine customer journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Collaborate with teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Design and implement retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value. Leverage data analytics to track customer behavior, identify churn risks, and proactively address customer concerns.
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing efforts, including social media, paid advertising, and content marketing, to support customer acquisition and retention goals. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across channels.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics related to customer engagement, retention, and revenue. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies over time.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+years of experience in lifecycle marketing
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing strategies and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, marketing automation platforms).
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry trends, customer behavior patterns, and best practices in lifecycle marketing.
- customer retention, or a similar role within the shipping, logistics, or e-commerce industry. (Prefered)
