**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various imaging procedures such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans following established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss imaging findings and assist in treatment planning.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures.
- Maintain and operate radiology equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
- Analyze and interpret imaging results, providing reports for physicians.
- Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives in the radiology department.
- Stay updated with advancements in radiology technology and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- Valid Radiology certification and licensure as required by the jurisdiction.
- Previous experience as a Radiology Specialist or Technologist is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of imaging equipment, techniques, and safety practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in radiology.
