Piling Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and manage piling and shoring activities at project sites.
- Coordinate with the Site Manager to ensure proper planning, execution, and resource allocation.
- Oversee the mobilization of equipment, materials, and manpower to meet project schedules.
- Ensure that piling works are carried out as per project specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
- Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to the site workforce.
- Monitor progress and maintain daily logs and reports of site activities.
- Inspect equipment and tools to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance.
- Identify and resolve site issues promptly in collaboration with the project team.
- Uphold strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies on-site.

**Qualifications**
- **High school diploma or equivalent**; a **Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering** is a plus.
- Minimum **5 years of construction experience**, with at least **3 years in Piling and Shoring projects** (preferred).
- Strong understanding of piling techniques, construction methods, and equipment.
- Proven leadership skills to manage and guide on-site teams effectively.
- Familiarity with HSE regulations and construction quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in **English**; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼4,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
